Our journey began with a solid foundation at Otis Elevator, where we spent 9 years mastering the intricacies of elevator and escalators. During this time, I worked as a route mechanic, ensuring quality maintenance and repairs were being performed in Charlotte's most prominent buildings. This experience provided us with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of high-profile properties. 

Beyond maintenance we have 3 years of specialization in modernization, seamlessly upgrading elevator systems to meet modern standards of efficiency and safety. Additionally, our expertise extends to new installations, ensuring state-of-the-art solutions tailored to your needs. 

In leadership roles, we have served as a repair supervisor and regional operations manager, honing our skills in team management, strategic planning, and delivering outstanding customer service. These roles have equipped us with the ability to oversee complex projects while maintaining a customer-first approach.
